About Icommu:
You will be referring websites to join Icommu at www.icommu.org.
This is a great service to certify your website and gain access
to a few other beneficial services. For the time being it costs
only US $25.00 (2 years of membership). Therefore it is extremely
easy to refer new sites to it. We've tried making it free, but noticed
that when it's free, nobody realizes its value. Once the JVO is
over, the membership fee will be US $50.00 and this is when we will
start earning money. We foresee this market being around 5000 sales
per year and of course these sites will renew as well, so the older
it gets, the more sales and renewals it will have.
JVO target:
Icommu has just started but it already has 50 certified members.
To make memberships come in faster we decided to have cheap membership
and to start this JVO. When a person or a company certify their
websites with Icommu, they place our Seal of Approval on their sites.
By gaining 2450 sites, Icommu will receive a serious advertising
push. We will have many more visitors and this will boost our Alexa
ranking. This will be enough for Icommu membership to become popular
and for our seal to become valuable. So we are certain that when
we acquire 2450 sites and make the membership fee US $50.00, we
will have enough profit to satisfy our future owners (JVO partners).
Reward:
As referring 2450 sites was set to be equal to 49%, one referral
site is equal to 0.02% of the Icommu shares. You will also earn
a certain percentage of shares for referring other JVO partners.
Every time they generate a referral you will gain 0.005%. So the
summary of your earnings is:
- 0.02% and US$15.00 for referring a website to Icommu.org
- 0.005% from every referral generated by a JVO partner who was
referred by you
These figures might seem small, but if you consider the potential
future profits and how easy it is to refer sites, you will realize
that this is a wonderful opportunity. Besides, as we already mentioned,
Icommu will always be expanding, so there is no way you will loose
by joining this JVO.
Payments:
Once this JVO is over and Icommu starts generating income, you will
get paid a certain percentage on the 10th of every month. The company
will keep about 6% for the money processing expenses (such as the
credit card processing charges and bank fees) and also about 20%
towards the salaries to our staff. The rest of the money will be
considered as profit and will be split between the owners (JVO partners)
according to the percentage they own. Partners are responsible for
any tax payments that might be due on what they earn as we don't
handle this for you.
Legal guarantee:
Those of you who achieve over 1% of shares (refer at least 50 sites
or more) will receive a notarized certificate stating that they
own a certain percentage of Icommu Inc. However partners with less
than 1% will have the same rights and guarantees.
Monitoring:
We will always post the number of our members and sales on the monitoring
section. We will even post a list of all our members. Besides all
JVO partners (future owners) will get to decide on key points of
Icommu business tactics. You’ll be able to vote inside your
account and your vote will be valued according to the company percentage
that you own.
